Bungalow 44 on 4th Beach is a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom, two-story bungalow is perfectly located on Clifton’s famous 4th Beach, one of the world’s top beaches. Just a 1-minute walk to the beach, an 8-minute walk to Camps Bay, and a 5-minute drive to the city center, it offers the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. The beach house is secure, peaceful, and private, featuring fast Wi-Fi and air conditioning in every room except the third bedroom. Three of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and all four come with block-out curtains. The spacious lounge is ideal for unwinding, with a sound system that enhances your movie-watching experience. The modern kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, a Nespresso machine, and a filtered water dispenser providing instant hot and cold water. A separate scullery includes a washer and dryer. The outdoor areas are absolutely amazing, with a private garden perfect for sunbathing or hosting a braai with friends. The gardeners maintain it every second Friday. Please note that you need to walk down stairs to reach both the house and the garden. Housekeeping is included on Monday, Wednesday and Friday with the option for additional services at an extra cost, please let us know in advance.
