Terms & Conditions 

The website https://seapointproperties.co.za/ is owned and operated by Seapoint Real Estate Solutions (Pty) Ltd. Below are our standard booking terms and conditions, which form the basis of your contract with Seapoint Real Estate Solutions. Please note that the terms applicable to your reservation are specified in the final booking agreement signed by you, the customer. Each property may have different cancellation terms; therefore, refer to your signed booking agreement for the specific terms related to your property. In cases where a signed booking agreement exists between Seapoint Real Estate Solutions and a customer, and there is a conflict between the terms of that agreement and these standard terms, the terms of the signed agreement will take precedence.

Payment Terms

• A deposit payment of 50% is required to confirm your reservation within 48 hours of receiving written confirmation.
• The final balance payment of 50% is due 45 days prior to your arrival.
• Failure to comply with these payment terms will result in the automatic cancellation of your reservation.

Standard Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you cancel your booking, either fully or partially, for any reason, Seapoint Real Estate Solutions will impose cancellation charges as outlined below. In some cases, if we can obtain waivers for cancellation fees or secure an ex gratia refund from suppliers, we will pass this on to you after deducting an administrative fee. However, we do not guarantee that such waivers or refunds will be obtained.

Cancellation Policy

• If you cancel your confirmed reservation more than 60 days prior to the agreed date of arrival, Seapoint Real Estate Solutions reserves the right to retain the full amount of the deposit.
• If you cancel your confirmed reservation 60 days or less before the agreed date of arrival, Seapoint Real Estate Solutions reserves the right to retain the full amount of the booking cost.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. If you send a cancellation via email, please ensure you obtain proof of receipt and keep a written acknowledgment from Seapoint Real Estate Solutions.

Seapoint Real Estate Solutions will make every effort to confirm your trip and related services after receiving your deposit payment. In the unlikely event that we are unable to confirm your itinerary travel services, we will offer you alternative available travel services. If these alternatives are not acceptable to you, we will provide a full refund.

While we strive to deliver services as defined in the confirmed itinerary, we reserve the right to cancel services if unavoidable circumstances arise beyond our control. Should we need to cancel any services defined in your confirmed itinerary, we will issue a full refund for those specific canceled services only.

We aim to avoid misquotations; however, we reserve the right to cancel a reservation without liability or penalty if an obvious error or omission results in a material cost implication. No refunds will be provided for partially used vouchers or for no-shows.
