A mandatory refundable damage deposit equal to 1 nights' stay will be charged prior to arrival. We collect the damage deposit by credit card up to 7 days prior to arrival. We return your damage deposit by credit card up to 7 days after check-out - the refund is subject to terms & conditions. We require your personal email address after reservation made, to share with you our property / guest manual together with a guest information form. The aforementioned documents need to be completed 7 days prior to check-in.
